“Ours was a multi-storey, near complete knock down, situated at the end of a short cul de sac. Access to our site was encumbered by a three meter height limit due to an overhead bridge and a single lane passage way. This was our first major project having only done minor renovations to our other property previously. We had been regaled with many horror stories from friends and colleagues alike, of projects getting held up due to builders going bankrupt. Hence, our main priority was to find a builder who had funds to complete the project. Our first impression of Danny was very good.
